The data controller is Matteo Baldi, operating under the trade name “Bedrock AI”, reachable at [email protected].

We collect the following personal data:

• Data provided voluntarily — when you book a call via the booking form: name, email address, any notes you enter, time zone, and language.
• Anonymous/aggregated technical data — automatically collected via Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure site usage and performance (see Section 5).

We do not collect special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR).

• Managing your booking and discovery call — legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Responding to contact requests — legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to those who contact us (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Statistical analysis and site improvement — via technical, non-profiling tools — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making that affects you.

Your data may be processed by the following third-party providers, acting as data processors or independent controllers for the services they provide:

• Cal.com Inc.— calendar management and call bookings. Provider based in the United States; data transfer is based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
• Vercel Inc. — site hosting, technical traffic analysis (Vercel Analytics), and performance monitoring (Speed Insights). Provider based in the United States; data transfer is based on the same safeguards indicated above.

We do not sell or share your data for third-party marketing purposes.

The site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, cookieless analytics tools: they do not install cookies or persistent identifiers on your device and do not profile you individually. They only collect aggregated, anonymous metrics (e.g. pages visited, load times) useful for understanding how the site is used and improving its performance. For this reason, no prior consent or cookie banner is required.

Data collected via the booking form is retained for the time necessary to manage the call and any subsequent relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless otherwise required by law. Aggregated statistical data does not allow identification of an individual and is not subject to a specific retention period.

As a data subject, you have the right to request at any time access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

This policy may be updated over time to reflect changes to the services used or to applicable regulations. The last update date is shown at the top of the page.
